Heather Calla (Rohrs) MBA
As the Founder and Principal Financial Advisor, Heather guides clients to identify and prioritize what is important to them, plan for their goals, and help them navigate stressful markets and life changes. Heather also partners with tax, legal, and trust professionals to coordinate and customize plans to the unique needs of a highly diverse client base.
As a fiduciary, Heather and her firm embrace each client relationship with a standard of care always putting the needs and the interests of the client first!
Masterpiece Financial Partners was founded in 2005 upon the completion of Heather’s MBA in Finance and Accounting. The firm began by servicing the Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan areas; today the firm has expanded to a national practice, servicing diverse clients across the country. With offices in both Toledo, Ohio and Ann Arbor, Michigan our team is poised to work in person or virtually to suit the needs of the client.
Outside of work, Heather’s passions include support of her local communities. A few of the organizations that Heather supports with time and treasure include the following: Human Rights Campaign Federal Club Council, Toledo Humane Society, Humane Society of Huron Valley, SOS Community Services of Ypsilanti, and Ann Arbor Backyard Beekeepers (A2B2). Additionally, Heather is an experienced BeeKeeper, a huge fan of the University of Michigan sports, an avid follower of the US Women’s National Soccer Team, a lover of the outdoors and passionate about spending time with her family, including her grandson, Leland!
Griffin Boustany B.S.
Griffin is the Vice President of Masterpiece Financial. Griffin grew up in New York City and currently resides in Ann Arbor, MI. He earned a bachelor of science in Management of Information Systems from Penn State University along with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Griffin’s previous work experience includes sales, marketing, supply chain and management roles at General Motors, General Motors Financial and ArcelorMittal as well as founding his own startup during his time at Penn State. His licenses include the Series 7 and Series 66.
Aimee Bretzloff MsEd
Aimee is a partner and chief financial officer for Masterpiece Financial Partners. As a seasoned executive with proven success in overseeing finance strategy and operations; Aimee is responsible for the overall financial management of the firm as well as human resources and client relations. Aimee has been with the firm since 2011. As a core member of the firm Aimee prides herself on always putting the needs of the client first. Aimee’s determination, attention to detail, focus and friendly demeanor make for a perfect fit to expertly handle client services and operations. “I thrive in environments where I must deal with unexpected requests, unanticipated challenges and changing priorities. This is why I love what I do!”
Aimee holds a master’s degree from the University of Toledo, and she graduated from Mount Union College where she majored in Psychology. Aimee is responsible for the management of our Tax Return Services.
In her personal time, Aimee enjoys spending time with her two adult children, her grandson and her chocolate labrador, Dune! Additionally, Aimee is an experienced beekeeper and an avid gardener.
Ryan Blaschak MSIT
Ryan is the Vice President of Operations for Masterpiece Financial Services. Ryan is originally from State College, PA; where he also attended Penn State University. He then completed his Master’s of Information Technology at Walsh College in Michigan with a concentration in Data Sciences. His work experience includes sales, operations, and management roles for MSX International, and participated in creating a start-up company during his undergraduate studies. Ryan spends his time away from work with his wife Rachel, his daughter Ella, and his dog Cannon.
Nick Rego B.S.
Nick is currently a Financial Planning Specialist for Masterpiece, on track to become a part of the advising team. He holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from the University of Massachusetts. After growing up in Boston and a few years of experience in the tech industry, Nick decided to professionalize his passion for personal finance and moved to the midwest to become an advisor at the firm.
He enjoys talking about the tech industry, surfing, college lacrosse, and of course anything finance-related. He is an avid home DIY'er and aspires to build "cool cabinets like the ones you see in those online videos."
